Our Mobile Application is based on the FEFO concept. FEFO deals with perishable products or those with expiry dates that begin at your warehouse and end at the store. It's the expiry or sell-by date that triggers this process.
As we consider dual business models B2B and B2C, our Mobile Application would have multiple options to login:
For B2B:
We’re offering an easy-to-maintain SaaS solution for our B2B customers. The Mobile Application is compatible with cell phones and tablets. Our Mobile Application doesn’t require time-consuming manual data entry to build the database. The database building process will save a lot of time with the built-in barcode reader. By simply scanning the box's barcode, the AI algorithm will store and divide received data by the expiration date into three different sections: 'Expired', 'About to Expire' less than a month to the expiration date and 'Good'. Once the item is moved to the ‘About to Expire’ section, the Mobile Application will send a friendly notification reminder a day, a week or a month prior to the expiry date. For the management convenience, the AI Algorithm will prepare bi-weekly reports and analytics and perform customizable forecasting. We are also considering the possibilities for scaling the system, as well as its integration with programs and resources already existing in the company.
For B2C:
The discounted products list would be listed on the app's map with the customer's location. Customers can choose the products from the available stores, purchase them right in the Application, using a credit card and schedule delivery or pickup items in the store.
